We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Your Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason, we will send a courier to collect the product from your doorstep at no extra cost to you. We make use of nationwide locker boxes, which are conveniently located near you, making returning and exchanging orders easier.
For replacements, upon us receiving the item, we will immediately ship the correct item, or when necessary, refund the item to you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not South Africa, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will collect the incorrect or defective product from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed in full. The money you would have paid for the product and any delivery fees would be fully reimbursed.
The funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Otherwise, please email us your local banking details, as we only refund into South African bank accounts.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
