Refund and Returns Policy


If you receive a product that is not as described, kindly take a picture and send it to us via email at support@idealvinyl.co.za.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, we will send a courier to collect the product from your doorstep at no extra cost to you.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your package, we will not refund your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please keep your receipt or proof of payment in a safe place as it is required before we can refund your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed in full. The money you would have paid for the product and any delivery fees would be fully reimbursed.

Please email us your banking details as we only refund into your local South African bank account.

Shipping your returns

We collect the incorrect or defective product from your doorstep at no additional cost to you. For replacements. upon us receiving the item, we will immediately ship the correct item, or when necessary, refund the item to you.
