DELIVERY TIME

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
For all our products, we offer a simple flat shipping rate to anywhere in South Africa for only R100.00 per 5 kgs.
Free shipping applies to orders over R400.
At this point, we only ship in South Africa.
Shipping charges for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
Sometimes, we may issue free shipping coupons, which may be redeemed during checkout, provided they are not being used together with another coupon.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong package/size/ color item to you, please email us so we can also send our courier to collect the item to be returned from your doorstep completely free of charge.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will reimburse your total purchase cost, including any associated shipping fees, if a refund is required,. Alternatively, we will resend the correct item at no extra cost to you.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount and the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@idealvinyl.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address returns, refunds, and exchanges on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
If a customer is returning the product for a valid refund, upon receiving the package, we will request banking details so we can reimburse the customer. We only make refund payments via EFT to South African Bank accounts if unable to refund back to the card used for payment.
