Local Pick Up

For those who are not available the whole day to receive deliveries, we have made an alternative option to suit you. At your convenience, 3-5 working days after ordering, you can choose to pick up from any of our 3000 partner pick-up points which are spread out throughout South Africa. These points which are near your location are available for you to collect your parcels or to drop off returns at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong package/size/ color item to you, please email us so we can also send our courier to collect the item to be returned from your doorstep completely free of charge. Upon receiving your returned item, we will reimburse your total purchase cost, including any associated shipping fees, if a refund is required, or will we resend the correct item at no extra cost to you.

If you feel our product does not live up to the standards we promise, we will refund your full order payment as well as any shipping costs involved.

If a customer is returning the product for a valid refund, upon receiving the package, we will request banking details so we can reimburse the customer. We only make refund payments via EFT to South African Bank accounts.

As a general rule, we provide free shipping for all orders above R400.00 nationwide.

Sometimes we may issue free shipping coupons which may be redeemed during checkout, provided they are not being used together with another coupon.

Delivery time

When your order is completed on our website, we pack and ship to you, and this may take us 1 working day in total.

Delivery may take 2-3 working days extra depending on where you are located. Overall, your package will arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 working days from when you check out.
